I grew up on a belief that there were no dolphins anywhere around our home waters. Like most interesting things we had to go somewhere far away to see them. Of course, nowadays there are dolphin sight-seeing cruises available on Port Phillip Bay.
On Thursday 4th the Family and I took the Sorrento-Queenscliff ferry for a visit to Arthur's Seat. Along the way we unexpectedly had a dolphin cruise thrown in for free, it seems. They chased the ferry for a minute or so, and at last I got told to take a video of them. Just in time! I would never have thought of that myself. We saw them for a moment coming back the other way, too.
