The last track, Therapy, is so named because it performs exactly that function. Prior to embarking on this project, the artist produced a series of brain training audio productions using subliminal suggestions and therapeutic sound frequencies. It has been shown that sonic and sub-sonic frequencies can be used for healing, emotional support and so forth.

For this artist, as a lifelong enthusiast in sound engineering, and as a musician, it was a must to experiment musically with some uplifting sounds of this kind. Therapy is the result. That private journey of discovery resulted in some personal benefits and a broadening of horizons. The artist does not mean to champion this as some sort of cause. Not at all. It's rather just a hobby worth sharing.

The accompanying photographic artwork tells of a very filthy and dilapidated place on Earth. The photographs were taken by this artist at a certain very poorly kept steel foundry, after its final shutdown, and which is now demolished. Having visited several hundred other places of work during previous years, this stood out as the most derelict of all. A very dark vibe indeed.

Many musical influences have been taken in over many years pointing in very different directions. A process of self-training was necessary, however, to approach music more rhythmically, so as to create an authentic trance sound. This resulted in a crossover style which seems to be a reasonable place to settle for now. The journey continues, nevertheless, as nothing is ever quite good enough.

More about the artist -- For starters, my name is Andrew.
