Major update to Working With the Law

While grappling with the inactivity of injury, I've managed to fill in some time with some website updates. Working With the Law has had extra content added and an overhaul to the format to make it look more serious. While I am out of action with a back and hip injury I can feel a little bit useful by giving whatever time I can, when I can, to a worthwhile hobby which I left alone for years.

WWTL describes legal principles relevant to private investigations, security guarding, body guarding, investigations by civilian government employees, and process serving. Significant updates include the tort of serious invasion of privacy, the addition of estoppel to contract law, a separate page devoted to the equitable duty of confidentiality, criminal liability of minors, as well as some additional recent case law here and there.
